More Than a Caregiver

I am so excited to share with you that Finding Cooper’s Voice is launching a brand new initiative to help caregivers!

We are partnering with a counseling agency to bring counseling services to caregivers in need. And we are offering it FREE OF CHARGE for the caregiver. Finding Cooper’s Voice, along with donations and support, will pay for up to 3 counseling sessions per caregiver.

We are also going to remove the barriers to getting counseling. So often, as parents, we struggle to help ourselves. It can all feel like ‘too much.’ So we will help connect you with a counselor and offer the sessions via telehealth.

Our mission is to provide mental health counseling services to caregivers as they embark, navigate, and maintain the wellbeing of their child, while prioritizing their own needs.

WE NEED YOU TO HELP GET US STARTED! We are about 2/3 of the way to our launch goal. Please, consider donating to help us.

There are two ways to support ‘More Than A Caregiver.’

Order a t-shirt or mug (100% of the profits go to helping caregivers in need): https://www.bonfire.com/store/finding-coopers-voice/Donate (100% of the donation will go to helping caregivers in need): https://donorbox.org/more-than-a-caregiver

Finding Cooper’s Voice is a safe, humorous, caring and honest place where you can celebrate the unique challenges of parenting a special needs child. Because you’re never alone in the struggles you face. And once you find your people, your allies, your village….all the challenges and struggles will seem just a little bit easier. Her first book, Forever Boy, will be released, April 5, 2022.
