Thankful

‘Along my journey I have learned that the more thankful I am, the more I have to be thankful for.’

Today I was…Woke up at before 6 am by a ‘Mama…wake up!’ Shot in the neck and the butt and everywhere else by Nerf Guns.

Negotiated one zillion times over how many days it is until Cooper’s birthday.

Cleaned every surface area of my house a dozen times.

Wiped pee off the toilet seat every time I had to use it. (Life with boys!)

Broke up fights.

Kissed boo-boos.

Got asked if babies come out of hoo-haws or butts. (Oh, Sawyer!)

Yelled a few times. Wished I had earplugs.

Went for a glorious walk where we went so slow I think I actually gained weight.

Missed our families.

Ate great food with my husband and three boys.

Laughed. Smiled. Felt thankful.

Felt lucky. Felt blessed. Felt grateful.

Today was a good day.

Look at these three!

They push me to the limit daily and bring me back at the point of no return.

Happy Thanksgiving from our family to yours.
