And then it happens….one day you wake up and your in this place. This beautifully loud, exhausting, perfect place.

You look around and see that you’re a mom with three boys.

Three boys who are exactly the people they are supposed to be. No different. No less.

You’re in the place where everything feels right. A place full of trains, dancing, Pokémon cards, hockey, and little boy kisses. You made it.

Your heart is calm. Your days are bright. Your thoughts are positive. Your vision is clear.

And the love. Oh my gosh so much love.

But most importantly, you’re at peace.

At peace with where you’ve been and what you’ve been through and peace with where you’re going. And your vision of everything looks bright and hopeful.

Of course there is fear and worry. There always will be. Because you are human.

And a parent to little humans growing up in a world that doesn’t always make sense.

But your love and hope overshadow it.

That’s how you know you’ve made it.

Happy Thanksgiving to each and every one of you.

Thank you for being here with us on our journey.

It ain’t always perfect. It ain’t always graceful. But it sure is beautiful.
