Who Are You Thankful For This November?

DSC_2991copy-Copy

This November I want to honor the therapists, teachers, doctors, friends, children, spouses, ABA Centers, and family members that make a difference in your family’s life. This could range from the friend who sat with your child while you showered (for the first time in weeks!) to the doctor who finally listened to you. Or, the grandparent that took your other child to the park so they could get a break from their sibling’s disability to the therapist who puts in hour after hour teaching, modeling and praising your child. It really could be anyone in your village.

We have dozens in our life. And I can’t thank them enough. Let’s honor them this November and raise them up!

Please send your #ImThankfulForYou story to findingcoopersvoice@gmail.com. I will honor one person a day for the month of November. The deadline for submitting is November 20. This is not autism specific or location specific.

Please include the following:

  • Who are you honoring?
  • Why are you thankful for them?
  • A bit about your family
  • How has this person changed your life? Your child’s life? Your family’s life?
  • Include any relevant photos

Her first book, Forever Boy, will be released, April 5, 2022.
